6 La torta di mele di Nonna Simona.
200 g flour, 175 g sugar, 4 eggs, 50 g butter, 1tablespoon baking powder, 2 dl milk, 5 apples, powder sugar.
Mix the flour in a bowl with sugar, eggs, melted butter, baking powder and milk then stir until mixture is smooth, add the apples chopped in cubes. Buttering the pan pour the mixture put the rest of the apples on top for decorate the cake. Bake in oven at 180 degree Celsius for about 30 minutes Remove from oven and sprinkled the powder sugar.
7 I Milan di Nonna Julia.
125g butter, 125g sugar, 1/2 lemon peel, Pinch of salt, 2eggs, 250 flour,1 tablespoon of baking powder.
Put the melted butter with the sugar the lemon peel and the salt in a bowl and mixed it until mousse, add the eggs, flour and baking powder. Let it sit for about 30 minute in the refrigerator.
Roll up the dough make your cookie with your own stamps.
Use a yellow egg to put it on top of the cookie like glaze and bake it at 150/180 degree Celsius for 15/20 minutes.

Are basically small little honey cookie braids.
1 kg flour, 200 g Crisco, 200 g sugar, 2 eggs, milk, orange, lemon. For frying use oil of seeds, honey. Put the flour in a bowl with melted Crisco, sugar, eggs and milk. Make a smooth dough. Do braids. Fry them in hot oil, drain them when they are golden in a saucepan melt the honey and dip them into the honey.

12 zucchinis, 1 handful of grated Parmesan, 2 handfuls of breadcrumbs, 1/2 milk, 200 g. ricotta cheese, 4 eggs, 1 or 2 cloves of garlic, extra virgin olive oil, Salt and Pepper Put the bread in the milk for soft it. 1 kg flour,6 eggs,200g Crisco, water, salt For the filling: melted cheese Mix the flour with the eggs, water and Crisco until you get the soft and elastic dough. cut the cheese into slices a little thicker around a centimeter. Roll out the dough thin. Arrange the cheese slices on the dough and closed with another layer of dough lightly press the dough and cut out the circumference. Fry in hot oil until they are golden around. Serve it with honey.
I am not sure if I did it right, I am not sure if you understood my recipes, but I mean is not easy. Again, for grandmothers is all about, a little of this and a little bit of this other thing.
I remember both cooking, I remember the small from the oven, and how good it was everything they did. They are still cooking amazing things, they just need a little be the help now, but I mean of course, the advance of age is not sparing anyone, not even my grandmothers.
I just want to tell you something: if your child has the luck to grow up with his or her grandmothers, make them cook together is going to be one of the most beautiful memories of their lives.
